Technical Manager

We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead and coordinate the engineering scope of renewable energy projects (wind farms), from early feasibility studies through to the Ready-to-Build stage. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, permitting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall engineering scope of the project across civil, electrical, and grid disciplines
• Manage site investigations (geotechnical surveys, field studies)
• Oversee Stage P design: turbine layout, internal roads, underground cable collection network, substations, and grid connection infrastructure
• Grid interface and coordination with transmission and distribution system operators
• Review and manage grid connection studies
• Organize and oversee wind measurement campaigns
• Support and coordinate permitting processes

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or technical project management
• Experience in wind energy project development
• Knowledge of Ukrainian regulatory and permitting framework
• Fluent Ukrainian and working proficiency in English
